My Blog, My Rules
My blog is my property - my home on the blogosphere and I rule here.
It is a very private and personal place where the rules are set (but not necessarily published) by me and applies to all visitors. It is published for public viewing and commenting without restrictions - a previledge I give the readers. Readers who can choose to remain anonymous if they wish.
On the other hand, I don't blog anonymously or hide behind a fake email address, a nickname or an avatar simply because I take full responsibility of whatever is published - even the comments. Therefore, while I do appreciate constructive criticism from cowardly anonymous commenters I will not tolerate abuse from anyone.
Which is why abusive comments will always get either deleted or rephrased to my liking. I do this because I have the power and I will exercise it whenever I feel necessary.
So as disappointing as it might be, in my home on the blogosphere the principles of democracy does not apply.
